Our words bring life or death, so choose life.

Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and they who indulge in it shall eat the fruit of it [for death or life]. Proverbs 18:21 (AMPC)

I want to share with you some confessions I have been speaking over myself that have been encouraging to me.  I received these confessions from River of Tampa Healing School. There are 23 confessions in their healing books they provide, and I am going to share three of them with you. I hope they will be an encouragement to you and speak life to you. Our words are powerful; they produce either life or death, and we are to choose life. Speaking confessions of life over ourselves daily brings health and healing to our flesh, as God’s medicine is health to our flesh.

Confessions number 7

I activate the power of God by His Word. So I choose to open my mouth and create my world with my words. I lay hold on eternal life. I lay hold of the life of God I have received. I lay hold of this victory that I have. I obtain mercy. I have received an abundance of grace. The words of my mouth are Spirit, and they are life. I am not sick. I am not a failure.  I cancel every word of death on my life. I reserve it and call it null and void. It will ot have an effect on my descendants or me. Death will not have me. I have the best marriage. My children are growing up to be spiritual giants on the earth.

What I lay my hands upon shall prosper. I lay hands on my wallet, myself, my children, and my home. Money comes! I believe anything is possible. I am rich. I am blessed in the city and blessed in the field. All the work I do is blessed. God has opened His rich treasure to me. I lend to many nations, and I do not borrow. I refuse to borrow or beg. Everything is working out for my good because I love God and I am called according to His purpose. I receive exceedingly, abundantly above all I can as, think, desire, hope, or dream, according to the power that works within me. I am working on that power every day by praying in tongues. I live in abundance, and I lack nothing. All my needs are met according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Right now, I’m the beloved of the Most High. Right now, I am the head and not the tail. I’m above only and not beneath. I am steadfast, immovable, unshakable, and always abounding in all things. Christ is in me, the hope of glory. I am strengthened with might by the Spirit of God in my inner man. The same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwells in me. He lives in me. I have the life of God in me. I have the power of the Holy Ghost at work in me. I have the Zoe life of God.

Confession number 15

I decide how my world is, and I frame my world with my words. I am specific with my words, and I trust God. I choose to respond to the word by faith. I submit to the Word and resist the enemy in every way he comes against me or oppresses me in my mind. I reject any curses and lies against my body and speak life into it. I speak that my mind, my body, and my soul are strong and healthy. I know He is trustworthy. I plant the seed of the Word of God, and I expect a good 100-fold harvest in this life. I reserve any negative words that I have spoken and pluck up my bad harvest. My clouds are full of blessings, divine health, goodness, and mercy. I do not live a passive life. I live a life on purpose every day. I live in divine health 24/7.

I choose to have true, honest, just, noble, pure, lovely, excellent, praiseworthy thoughts. I only make room for faith-filled thoughts in my mind. No defilement comes out of my mouth; the only words that come out of my mouth are full of faith. I am free in Jesus Name. I am free in my body. I am free in my mind. I am free in my blood. I am free in every cell and molecule. I am born of God. I am anointed of the Spirit of God. I am strengthened with might by His Spirit in my inner man. I declare that in my life all things are working together for good because I love God and I have been called according to His purpose. Every situation that I face is a stepping stone for me. In my body, things are working out for my good. Health and strength are my portion every day.

Thank you, Lord, that the eyes of my understanding are enlightened. Thank you, Lord, I am comforted by your Spirit. Today is my day. Thank you, God, I’m in charge of my situation. I am in charge of my mind. I am blessed. I am highly favored. I am deeply loved. I am saved. I am more than a conqueror. I am an overcomer in this world. Only the good word of God is fulfilled in my life today.

Confessions number 21

I do not and will ot question the things God tells me. I come into agreement with the word and acknowledge every good thing that i have. I cancel every negative, idle word that has been spoken over me, that I spoke over anyone or myself. I cancel them to their roots. I reverse it right now.

I have a wholesome tongue. A healing tongue is a tree of life and is healing to the flesh and bones. I do not have a sick, perverse, or a lack of tongue. I refuse to fear. I refuse to accommodate sickness. I refuse to stress. I refuse to talk about want or lack. I have all sufficiency in all things, lacking nothing. I control my words, therefore I have the ability to control and bridle my whole physical body. I control my body by controlling my words. I speak life into my body. I speak life into my destiny. I speak life into my mind. I will not consider the facts and circumstances of life. I only consider what the words say. I walk as a possessor of the Spirit. I walk as a possessor of faith. I own the moment, it’s mine. I refuse to die. I don’t consider it. I have already died and been buried with Christ. I create and form my future with my words of life. I refuse to cowardice.

My heart is healed, I am pure. I am free. I am a winner. I am a warrior. I am clean. I am full of life. I am full of destiny. I don’t live in pain and suffering. I live in victory. I am anointed of God’s Spirit. I am moving forward. I walk and talk like a mature son/daughter of God. I am a giant slayer. I am not holding onto any grudges. I am saved. I know I am saved. I have the power of God at owrin in me. I do speak in tongues. I will not observe lying vanities. I don’t consider what I see and feel. Whatever I want, I have on the inside of me. My father and I are one. I am a temple of His Spirit. I shall bless the Lord, with all my soul and all that is within me. My soul is being renewed as the youth of an eagle. The comforter, the Counselor and the Guide is living inside of me. Everything I want lives on the inside of me now.

I want to encourage you to take these confessions and confess one of them a day for 21 days, and see how your spirit and the renewing of your mind transpire.
