We Bring Our Petition with Thanksgiving
We are to bring all of our prayers petition before our precious Lord with thanksgiving in our hearts.
Do not be anxious or worried about anything, but in everything [every circumstance and situation] by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, continue to make your [specific] requests known to God. Philippians 4:6 (AMP)
We are to bring our prayers before the Lord, knowing they have already been answered because God has done everything He will do on the Calvary.
When we bring our prayers with thanksgiving, we agree that God has already answered our prayers and acknowledged the finished work.
Our prayers of thanksgiving are also a way of laughing at the devil in the face, declaring our faith in the impossibility, causing doubt and fear to stay away, and giving no room for unbelief.
Next time you bring a prayer of a petition before the Lord, bring it with confidence, knowing it’s fulfilled.
