My Health Plan

The health guidelines the Lord help me put together:

Food to and not to eat

  • Fruit
  • Vegetables
  • Whole Grains
  • Legumes
  • Lentils
  • Limited dairy to yogurt, certain cheese, and cottage cheese
  • Drink 100 oz of water daily
  • No Sugar
  • No Process Packaged Foods
  • No Complex Carbs
  • No Gluten
  • No Fried Foods

I am to eat smaller meals through out the day.

Small amount of dark chocolate as a special weekly treat and use fruit for daily sweets.

I did research about the harm of too much sugar, how unhealthy processed packaged foods are, how bad vegetable oil is, and how our food has changed over the last sixty years. I would encourage you to research the food industry if you haven’t done so and, if you have, to live out the healthy knowledge you know. 

Exercise

  • Walking – preferably for 15 -30 minutes at lease five days a week.
  • Stretches – daily upon waking up
  • Resistant movements – at lease five days a week

I am taking one day at a time, and these are the guidelines He is giving me for this time in my life. 

Not every person’s journey will look the same. So, my friend, if you haven’t already,  I encourage you to get before the Lord to allow Him to direct you to the best resources for your journey. If you already know what you are supposed to do, keep going and ask the Holy Spirit to embark on this journey with you.
